Foster General Contractors brings integrity, creativity, and communication to every project — from ground-up builds to interior upfits.
About Us
Foster General Contractors is a locally owned firm built on the belief that the best work comes from genuine investment — in our team, in our clients, and in every project we take on.
From commercial build-outs to residential renovations, we bring the same level of care and accountability to every job.
We function out of a strong conviction that without honesty and trust a project will not be successful.
Every project presents unique challenges. We bring problem-solving and fresh thinking to find the best path forward.
You’ll always know where things stand — cost updates, timeline changes, and milestone reports.
Our work is all built on our mission to serve others because of what God has done for us.
What We Do
In ground-up commercial builds we manage every step — design coordination, permitting, construction, and close out — so your project finishes on schedule.
We coordinate the entire process from design to finishes with minimal disruption to active business operations.
Ground-up custom home builds managed from permitting through final inspection, built to your specifications.
Whole-home renovations and additions with the same quality we bring to commercial work.
How It Works
We come alongside you early in the process and provide valuable constructability input, manage the design, and provide savings options. This leads to a project that is affordable and built to last.
You receive a detailed, line-item estimate with a realistic schedule — transparent pricing with no hidden costs or vague allowances.
Our dedicated superintendent manages daily operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control so your project stays on track.
We complete a thorough punch list, deliver all documentation, and don’t consider a project closed until you’re fully satisfied.
